Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project / Program Management Specialist 3 to lead and manage complex projects by partnering with internal stakeholders. The role focuses on project scoping, planning, budgeting, execution tracking, and reporting while ensuring adherence to established project management methodologies and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with internal customers to define project scope and objectives
  • Create detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures
  • Track project progress against schedules, budgets, and burn rates
  • Maintain and regularly update project plans and documentation
  • Publish project status updates and management reports
  • Present project outcomes, risks, and progress to leadership
  • Establish and ensure adherence to project quality requirements
  • Execute and track projects using established project management methodologies
  • Maintain all active project plans in MS Project or similar PPM tools
  • Work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of project management experience
  • Experience working in shared services or BPO organizations
  • Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and multi-stakeholder projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related analytical field
  • Mastery of project scheduling and PPM software (MS Project, Project Server, or similar)
