Job Description

The ServiceNow Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing complex ServiceNow initiatives within a Federal enterprise environment. This role manages high-visibility projects involving platform enhancements, new module implementations, integrations, and process modernization efforts. The Project Manager III ensures delivery outcomes align with contractual requirements, technical standards, and customer expectations. This position requires demonstrated experience managing large-scale ServiceNow projects of similar scope, duration, dollar value, and complexity within Federal environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead full lifecycle management of complex ServiceNow projects from initiation through deployment
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality in alignment with contractual requirements
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams across development, architecture, and operations
  • Oversee ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integrations across enterprise modules
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development, ITSM configuration, and front-end modernization using JavaScript and React
  • Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks
  • Provide status reporting and executive-level briefings to Government stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing ServiceNow projects
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform and/or certified in ServiceNow Application Development and ITSM development
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with modern JavaScript and React front-end development
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise IT projects of similar scope and complexity in a Federal environment
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
