We’re hiring a Project Procurement Manager (m/f/d) to lead procurement projects across indirect categories, drive strategic initiatives, optimize supplier relationships, and deliver value to the Flix business. This role is key to enhancing procurement’s impact across the business. This is a 2-year limited contract role.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and execute sourcing and supplier-related activities across all indirect purchasing categories (e.g. IT, Marketing, HR services, Professional services, Facilities and more)
Determine project requirements, priorities, and timelines based on business needs, working closely with internal stakeholders
Lead negotiations to achieve the best value, balancing cost savings with quality and service requirements
Drive procurement engagement by demonstrating value beyond price, ensuring alignment with business goals, and increasing procurement’s strategic involvement
Analyze high-spend projects, report on procurement performance, and track financial savings achieved
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, mitigate supplier risks, and support contract management, including supplier exits when necessary
Consult on process improvements, including supplier-related processes and contract termination procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics or relevant industry experience
Working experience in Procurement or in relevant fields of Business development or Project management
Good negotiation skills and a structured way of working
Strong ability to work in a team and a hands-on mentality
Fluent in German and English is a must
