As a Project & Process Improvement Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives within our Polish e-commerce warehouse, supporting the growth of a premium German furniture brand expanding across Europe. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with local warehouse teams and act as a key interface to our German headquarters in a dynamic, international environment. This position is a maternity cover contract for 18 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and performance and based in Robakowo.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end warehouse projects such as process improvements, system upgrades, layout changes, automation, and digital initiatives
Plan and execute projects by defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resources in line with business objectives
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Logistics, IT, HR, Finance) and external partners in an international environment
Act as the key interface between Polish warehouse operations and German headquarters, ensuring transparent communication and alignment
Use data, reporting tools, and AI-supported analyses to identify inefficiencies, assess risks, and drive operational improvements
Support change management, workshops, and training initiatives to ensure sustainable implementation of new solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in project management within logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce environments
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, process optimisation, and lean methodologies
Experience working with project management tools, ERP/WMS systems, and data-driven or AI-supported optimisation approaches
Fluent Polish and a very good command of English (B2/C1)
A proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
