Job Description

As a Project & Process Improvement Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives within our Polish e-commerce warehouse, supporting the growth of a premium German furniture brand expanding across Europe. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work closely with local warehouse teams and act as a key interface to our German headquarters in a dynamic, international environment. This position is a maternity cover contract for 18 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and performance and based in Robakowo.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end warehouse projects such as process improvements, system upgrades, layout changes, automation, and digital initiatives
  • Plan and execute projects by defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resources in line with business objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Logistics, IT, HR, Finance) and external partners in an international environment
  • Act as the key interface between Polish warehouse operations and German headquarters, ensuring transparent communication and alignment
  • Use data, reporting tools, and AI-supported analyses to identify inefficiencies, assess risks, and drive operational improvements
  • Support change management, workshops, and training initiatives to ensure sustainable implementation of new solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce environments
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, process optimisation, and lean methodologies
  • Experience working with project management tools, ERP/WMS systems, and data-driven or AI-supported optimisation approaches
  • Fluent Polish and a very good command of English (B2/C1)
  • A proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
