The Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant will be responsible for leading governance and process optimization across large-scale transformation programs. This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder communication in both English and Spanish, and proficiency in PPM tools. The consultant will work US time-zone shifts and engage with multilingual teams.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle using established PPM methodologies
Develop and implement governance frameworks and reporting dashboards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within delivery and PMO operations
Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement across multilingual teams (English + Spanish)
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards
Support implementation of PPM tools and data-driven analytics for improved visibility and decision-making
Apply a strong analytical mindset to transform data into actionable insights
Manage large stakeholder ecosystems and complex transformation programs
Demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills—both in English and Spanish
Requirements:
Spanish Language Proficiency: Professional fluency required for stakeholder communication
Certifications: At least one mandatory: PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner, APM (Association for Project Management), MSP (Managing Successful Programmes), PMP (Project Management Professional)
Strong understanding of PPM frameworks, portfolio reporting, governance, and enterprise PMO operations
Ability to work independently in US time-zone shifts while supporting global teams
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
Professional Certification (PRINCE2 / PMP / MSP / APM) – at least one required
Spanish language certification preferred (if not native/professional fluent)
