Step into a pivotal role as a Project Planning Specialist where you will drive the schedule integrity and operational efficiency of complex, high-value engineering lifecycles.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive, integrated project schedules including baselines, lookahead plans, and critical path analysis
  • Conduct detailed "what-if" scenarios and float analyses to provide strategic visibility and support executive decision-making
  • Synthesize progress data from cross-functional teams to generate S-curves, manpower histograms, and milestone dashboards
  • Coordinate planning alignment across engineering, global procurement, manufacturing, and site execution phases
  • Identify potential schedule risks and deviations to lead proactive mitigation planning and resource optimization
  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (baseline, updates, lookahead plans)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline
  • 3 to 7 years of professional experience in project scheduling within industrial, infrastructure, or technology sectors
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Primavera P6 and other market-standard project management software
  • Thorough understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) and resource-loading fundamentals
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex data to diverse project teams
