Analyse and update Packages’ planning
Manage and comment contractors and vendor’s procedures, detailed schedules and periodic progress measurement
Define key indicators to control packages’ planning performance
Analyse and perform simulations of events impacting schedule, propose corrective actions
Manage Planning Interfaces between CTRs
Participate to internal or external audits
Liaise with Cost Controller for package invoice process
Liaise with Contract Engineer for package Change Order process
Define resources need and liaise with HR for planners’ recruitment
Feed HSEQ team with REX & Lessons learnt
Help PBF Lead Planner for Package/Project schedule review and risk analysis
Participate on planning definition for coming CFT
Do all tasks requested by its management
Requirements:
Organization, rigor, communication skills, team spirit, constant availability to team members and contractors, worldwide expatriation
At least 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Engineering & Construction, knowledge of planning techniques including planning & scheduling software’s (Primavera P6v7, PROJECT 2013) + usual office tools (Pack office 2013) and reporting
International experience
Engineer or equivalent
Fluent English-speaking mandatory, French &/or Portuguese optional
