Job Description

Play a pivotal functional and advisory role in the successful execution of our clients projects by creating, developing and maintaining large-scale schedulers. Work across diverse sectors to manage diverse projects and support programs of work. Deliver within complex client engagements and aid MP team leadership with client relationship management.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and generate advanced program/project schedules
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Providing regular updates and reporting to senior management and stakeholders
  • Delivering expertise in project management and scheduling software, including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server 2016, Primavera P6
  • Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and issues
  • Analyzing project data and providing comprehensive reports and metrics
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments in PPM processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field of study
  • 8-12 years of experience in managing complex project & program schedules across different industries including infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of Project Scheduling software
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing MS Project
  • Experience creating and leading SWOT Analysis, Resource Allocation, Risk Management Planning and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Analytical skills and rigorous attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator
  • Quick learner, adaptable
  • Experience working within large and complex organizations
  • Proactive, confident, and engaging
