Are you an engineer with experience in project management/planning in the energy sector. If yes, then this is exciting opportunity with in a leading energy provider to be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring resource allocation aligns with timelines and driving project success in line with the company's goals for efficiency and sustainability.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using advanced planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or delays
Provide regular reports, including critical path analysis, project forecasts, and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for project planning and delivery
Participate in risk assessments to mitigate potential project delays or issues
Foster strong communication between multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
Requirements:
3 years of experience in project planning within the energy sector or similar industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
Familiarity with energy sector standards, regulations, and practices is a plus
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Civil Engineering
