Job Description

As a Project Planner you will play a key role in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, identifying and managing deviations, and contributing to performance reporting. You will be ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with Metlen’s high standards for quality and execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage the project schedule in coordination with the team
  • Perform network analysis and estimate manpower, equipment, and material needs
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and adjust forecasts
  • Analyze contractor schedules, update the project “S curve,” and track critical path
  • Collaborate on progress reporting and implement recovery plans as needed
  • Issue biweekly schedules aligned with project goals
  • Document KPIs and resource usage for future planning
  • Assist with project close-out and performance evaluation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning, preferably in EPC or construction (solar/energy sector preferred)
  • Proficient in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
