Job Responsibility

Follow EPC projects from the proposal phase to the execution phase
Develop and manage schedules, goals, and objectives for projects
Make sure stakeholders are being kept informed of project milestones
Obtain, review & approve detailed time schedule and WBS of subcontractors/partner’s/supplier’s etc and integrate time schedules to the projects master schedule
Monitor the activities/manage the performance of the construction effort
Keep records of changes/have a good version management of the time-schedule and all related documentation
Timely highlight important deviations from plan to the project management team and suggest corrective actions
Create various KPIs to facilitate achievement of project plan
Generate and provide various performance status reports, milestone reports graphs and charts both for internal and external reporting and decision making
Resource-load and cost-load the time-schedule and work closely with Cost Controller to help monitor progress of costs and any deviations timely
