Job Description:

At Metlen Energy & Metals, we are catalysts for a sustainable future, leading the green energy transition with innovative solutions. We're currently looking for a Project Scheduler to join our M Renewables team in Italy in our Milan offices. The role involves creating and monitoring construction schedules, producing reports, managing budgets, and supporting bids, among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience as a planner in construction, excellent IT and communication skills, and fluency in Italian and English. Job Responsibility:

Creating, maintaining and monitoring construction schedules and plans to ensure that deadlines are met
Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
Producing progress reports and forecasts for team members, client and stakeholders as directed by Project Manager and Director
Budgeting and tracking project costs
Creating a risk management plan
Identifying shortcomings and advising on action plans on cost reduction efforts
Producing tender plans to support bids
Planning and monitoring according to execution and development pipeline

Requirements:

1+ previous working experience as planner within the construction industry
Strong communication skills
High attention to details
Excellent IT skills and relevant knowledge of MS Project, Asta Microsoft and Primavera 6
Methodological approach
Italian and English knowledge
