As a Project Planner, you will play a pivotal role in our Property team, reporting directly to the Interventions Planning Manager. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver store interventions that enhance customer experience and drive financial performance. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide care, confidence, and connection in communities across the UK and Ireland.
Job Responsibility:
Plan the implementation of store interventions, optimising return on investment
Collaborate with stores and contractors to achieve project goals and deliver transformations with minimal disruption
Manage a variety of schemes and activity types, ranging from dispensary improvements to beauty hall reconfigurations and total refurbishments
Create efficient and effective business protection plans to support timely delivery to budget and quality
Drive progress by embracing change and bringing innovative solutions
Contribute to the overall strategy of Boots, aligning with customer and commercial objectives
Requirements:
A logistical mindset with excellent communication skills
The ability to work to deadlines and manage complexity
Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with teams
Detailed knowledge of store operations and equipment
A full driving licence and a passion for making a difference
Nice to have:
Experience in store layout or leading change initiatives
Familiarity with merchandising agencies and contractors
An understanding of store show materials and display aids
