Job Description

Ten10 is seeking a high-performing Project Operations & Data Analyst to join a flagship project for one of our most prestigious clients. This role is not just about reporting; it is about establishing the technical and operational gold standard for a high-visibility engagement. You will act as the technical backbone of the project team, ensuring that executive decision-making is fuelled by real-time, automated, and impeccably accurate data. In this contract position, you will bridge the gap between complex project data and strategic leadership. Your objective is to move the project away from manual oversight and toward a sophisticated, automated 'Single Source of Truth.'

Job Responsibility

  • Automation & Systems Engineering: Act as the SME for internal reporting
  • Architect bespoke VBA macros and Excel-based tools to eliminate manual data entry
  • Business Intelligence & Data Storytelling: Design and maintain executive-level Power BI dashboards
  • Translate complex project health metrics into high-impact visual narratives for non-technical senior stakeholders
  • Rigorous Project Governance: Own the integrity of the project’s technical artifacts
  • Manage the digital architecture of charters, risk logs, and schedules within Jira and MS Project
  • Strategic Process Optimization: Conduct deep-dive quantitative analysis of 'AS-IS' system flows
  • Build robust, data-backed business cases to justify 'TO-BE' process enhancements
  • Operational Leadership: Facilitate the project’s rhythm—including daily stand-ups and weekly syncs
  • Maintain strict oversight of budget spend and deliverable quality control

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/VBA (automation focus)
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (visualization focus)
  • Deep experience navigating and structuring data within Jira and MS Project
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks and the ability to maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Experience working with senior leadership and the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights
  • A natural inclination to identify bottlenecks and a 'builder' mentality to fix them
