Project officer

• Project support: managing initiatives with minimal supervision to hit deadlines and quality benchmarks
• Data & insights: managing data across systems to ensure integrity and translating complex data into clear reports and presentations
• Change management: supporting staff through transitions by contributing to training, workshops, and communication strategies
• Communication: developing and maintaining guidance materials and tracking the effectiveness of messaging across the agency
• Stakeholder engagement: building collaborative relationships to resolve routine issues and progress operational tasks

• Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret complex data into actionable recommendations
• Technical proficiency: experience using digital platforms and SharePoint for document management and information sharing
• Adaptability: capability to manage competing priorities and balance shifting demands during periods of change
• Communication excellence: skill in translating complex information into clear, accessible content for various audiences
• Working rights: Australian Citizenship required
• Government experience is highly desirable
