Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Officer to join the Norwich City Service Limited (NCSL) team for a 12 month fixed term contract. If you have a strong understanding of social housing repairs processes, able to analyse, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the successful embedding of Total Mobile across operations
  • Ensure staff at all levels are confident and effective in its use
  • Streamline workflows and optimise processes
  • Use data insights to improve performance, first‑time fix rates, and compliance
  • Lead cultural and behavioural change as a champion for digital transformation
  • Maintain a continuous improvement pipeline
  • Create clear, user-friendly training and support materials
  • Provide frontline system support
  • Coordinate escalations with IT and vendors
  • Foster strong knowledge‑sharing networks across teams

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience using or supporting Total Mobile (or equivalent mobile workforce systems)
  • Deep understanding of social housing repairs processes and field operations
