Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Officer to support project delivery within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This 12-month assignment is ideal for an individual with a technical background who excels at keeping projects moving smoothly through strong coordination, rigorous governance support, and stakeholder management.

Job Responsibility

  • Support day-to-day project coordination, managing multiple tasks, tight deadlines, and changing priorities
  • Maintain crucial project governance artifacts, including risk registers, issue logs, and action items
  • Coordinate and prepare comprehensive project reporting packs and documentation for leadership
  • Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication flow

Requirements

  • Demonstrated project management or coordination experience within a complex corporate or government environment
  • Superb organizational and time-management skills
  • Hands-on experience supporting project governance processes (e.g., managing risk registers, building reporting packs)
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • A Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required
