Job Description:

Lead impactful energy and climate adaptation projects across CSU campuses. Help advance the University’s clean energy and carbon reduction strategy. Join a collaborative team driving real sustainability transformation. The role directly contributes to the University's clean energy roadmap and climate risk management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Scope, plan, implement and monitor projects that improve energy performance, support climate‑related risk disclosure requirements, and contribute to the University mitigating its full scope of emissions
  • Work closely with the Sustainability team, technical specialists and campus services to ensure projects are well‑designed, compliant, and aligned with organisational strategy
  • Contribute to the University's clean energy roadmap and climate risk management

Requirements:

  • Experience in energy efficiency, carbon reduction and climate adaptation work
  • Ability to interpret technical data, assess risks and turn findings into solutions
  • Proven skills in planning, coordinating and delivering projects
