A specialist project monitoring consultancy working closely with development lenders is seeking an experienced Project Monitoring Surveyor to support continued growth from its London base. The business is instructed on complex, high-value lender-funded developments where reporting quality, professional judgement and credibility with funders are critical. This role is designed for an experienced Project Monitoring Surveyor seeking closer involvement in lender decision-making and risk advisory work. It will equally suit those already operating at this level and those who have built strong foundations on smaller or less complex schemes and are ready to take a step up in exposure and responsibility.
