Project Mine Production Geologist

• Design post‑blast ore and waste mark‑outs to maximise recovery
• Complete ore mark‑outs, spotting and bench mapping
• Provide clear mining instructions to operators and ore spotters
• Capture and validate daily geological and production data
• Prepare and distribute geological plans and reports on time
• Assist with end‑of‑month reconciliation and reporting
• Manage ROM and stockpile processes to support plant requirements
• Conduct geological and geotechnical mapping in active mining areas
• Provide technical support and step in for the Senior Geologist when required
• Collaborate with Mining, Drill & Blast, Production Engineering and Metallurgy teams
• Support budgeting and cost management activities
• Promote safe work practices and adherence to Critical Controls

• Tertiary qualification in Geology or Geoscience (BSc or MSc)
• 2–3 years’ experience in hard‑rock mining, ideally in production geology
• Proficient with Surpac and geological modelling software
• Strong data accuracy, validation and reporting skills
• Confident working independently and in a fast‑paced operational team
• Effective communicator who can collaborate across multiple departments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
• WA C‑Class Driver’s Licence (essential)

Experience with pegmatite deposits, grade control and stockpile management
