Job Responsibility:
Lead Complex Projects: Manage mechanical engineering design for large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with demanding technical requirements
Mentor and Inspire: Guide junior engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence across the team
Collaborate Across Disciplines: Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, and civil engineers to deliver integrated solutions
Drive Innovation: Apply advanced engineering principles to develop efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective designs
Ensure Excellence: Oversee quality control and compliance with industry standards, client expectations, and project timelines
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well with a team
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
6 or more years of related mechanical engineering experience
Must be a registered Professional Engineer
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Experience in vertical infrastructure HVAC design
