Corporate Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – CEO Office. This is a high-impact role requiring strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and an ability to work seamlessly across multiple functions.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary operational partner to the CEO for strategic and business-critical initiatives
Drive execution of CEO priorities and follow-up on action items across teams
Prepare executive briefs, dashboards, presentations, and decision-support documents
Lead, manage, and track progress of cross-functional projects from planning to execution
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure project alignment
Identify bottlenecks and proactively remove roadblocks to ensure seamless project delivery
Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for business operations and projects
Define and implement standardized processes, SOPs, and control measures across teams
Develop and maintain KPIs, MIS reports, dashboards, and structured status updates
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
Support organizational reviews, quarterly planning cycles, and leadership checkpoints
Ensure timely, accurate, and data-driven reporting for decision making
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
Influence teams without direct authority to drive outcomes
Requirements:
6–12 years of experience in Project Management, CEO Office, Strategy, PMO, or Consulting roles
Proven expertise in managing cross-functional projects and driving governance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-design skills
