We expect to choose one candidate who has well proven prior PM experience, which makes us trust the candidate is capable to be part of a new project start which would include the actual scope definition, team forming, stakeholder set-up and early customer interaction phase. This candidate needs to convince us that they will be able to understand GKN's offer (products, technologies, services) fast and have the confidence to represent GKN in this early project state. For the other candidate, we expect to choose someone who has the capability to take over a project that has been running, has a set structure, expectations and a team to lean on. This could be a parental-leave take over situation to start with, learn and then move on to other greater responsibility after that time frame. While we expect very specific situations right now (starting customer project and parental leave), we want to remain flexible and find candidates that can run projects within our company beyond the specific scope of what we see today. Travel to other locations within Sweden as well as EU and US is expected.
