Project Manager

• Oversee the end-to-end management of the Salesforce implementation project in Brazil, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while adhering to scope, budget, and quality standards
• Drive the successful adoption of Salesforce CRM tailored to local and global business needs
• Manage a project team of up to 10 members, providing leadership, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor progress and proactively address issues or bottlenecks
• Serve as the primary liaison between the local teams in São Paulo, global stakeholders and executive management
• Communicate effectively in Portuguese with the local team and in English with global stakeholders
• Provide ongoing support during and after the implementation phase
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and marketing, to align project goals with business objectives
• Deliver regular project status updates and reports to leadership in Brazil & Israel
• Collaborate with L&D to ensure user adoption of Salesforce solutions
• Partner with technical experts to customize and integrate Salesforce solutions
• Ensure smooth data migration, system configurations, and alignment with business requirements

• Master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing Salesforce CRM implementation projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• 10+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years managing Salesforce teams
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, data migration, and integration processes
• Excellent understanding of the complete ecosystem that Salesforce operates in, including integrations with third-party tools and alignment with enterprise IT landscapes
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
