Project Manager

• defining project approaches
• leading initiation, planning, and sequencing exercises
• analyzing and clarifying project scope and desired outcomes

• facilitating the production of project deliverables
• defining and employing tools required to measure, monitor and manage the timely completion of project outcomes

• University Degree in either Business Administration or Information Technology OR An equivalent combination of a college diploma (related to Business Administration and/or IT) and/or experience may also be considered
• Demonstrated 6 years of experience in project management of large-scale IT projects, with a specific focus on major implementations, replacements, or consolidation of Clinical Information Systems in the Healthcare industry
• Demonstrated 6 years of experience planning and overseeing major healthcare technology-related projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and according to the agreed scope of delivery
• Demonstrated 6 years of expertise employing project management tools, methodologies, and best practices – including leading projects through the full lifecycle using adaptive (agile) and predictive (waterfall) modes
• Demonstrated 6 years of experience working with a high level of self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter and technical experts, and stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated experience leading large transformational projects (over 2 years in duration) requiring the consolidation of multiple applications and tools
• Demonstrated experience working within New Brunswick's technology or healthcare environments showcasing a strong understanding of the local landscape, policies, and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) in the work environment
