Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical fields, or equivalent experience in the IT industry
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager in large corporate settings
Experience in banking domains, with a strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements
Proficient in English to facilitate collaboration among diverse international stakeholders
Hands-on experience in managing software development teams and other cross-functional teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in identifying, evaluating, and documenting policies, processes, and controls
