Project Manager

• Act as the primary point of contact for external client stakeholders, delivering confident, high-visibility project updates and managing expectations with exceptional professionalism
• Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of Agile and hybrid initiatives, ensuring scope, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and met
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to resolve project impediments, unblock delivery teams, and keep milestones aggressively on schedule
• Coordinate closely with technical managers, developers, and business sponsors to translate project goals into actionable execution paths

• 5–8 years of dedicated Project Management experience, with a proven track record of managing client-facing relationships
• 3+ years of experience actively managing projects using Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery models
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• must be highly articulate and comfortable presenting to external clients and diverse audiences
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to operate independently, think fast, and act with a genuine sense of urgency under tight timelines

A foundational technical understanding or previous experience working on software and technology integration projects is considered a strong asset
