Job Description:

A well-established construction consultancy in Cambridgeshire is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their growing team to deliver a wide variety of residential, education and commercial schemes across the region.

Job Responsibility:

Manage projects from inception through to handover
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
Manage procurement processes
Monitor progress
Identify and mitigate risks
Support delivery of successful outcomes
Build strong client relationships

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a construction or project management discipline
Ideally chartered (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards
Minimum 3+ years' consultancy experience in a Project Manager role
Broad sector experience – residential, commercial, education
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:
