A respected and fast-growing construction and property consultancy is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join their expanding Cambridge office. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Project Manager to step into a key role within a collaborative, high-performing team delivering a wide range of standout projects. Whether you’re an experienced Project Manager ready for a new challenge, or a rising talent looking to develop within a supportive consultancy environment, this role offers excellent scope for progression.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering schemes across Passivhaus and carbon retrofit projects for top Cambridge Colleges
Commercial refurbishments and cut & carve developments
New build sports and leisure facilities
Heritage-led new builds and sensitive restorations
Estate upgrades for leading independent schools

Requirements:

Strong consultancy-side experience as a Project Manager
Ability to manage multiple commercial or education-led schemes
BSc/MSc in a construction or project management-related subject
Ideally MRICS / MCIOB / PRINCE2 / APMP
Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness
