Project Manager

• Manage complex software projects in Air Traffic Control, ensuring customer requirements and industry standards are met
• Develop project plans with all key stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships while managing client expectations
• Ensure quality control using appropriate systems and tools
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain updated project documentation
• Facilitate collaboration between third-party vendors, regional teams, and internal departments
• Support the sales team during pre-sales, including quotations and managing change requests

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Min. 5 years of experience in project management, with focus on software delivery for safety-critical applications
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale projects
• Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable
• Good understanding of air traffic control systems, airport operations, and related technologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English & German, both spoken and written
