Job Description:

A well-established consultancy based in Manchester is seeking a Project Manager with residential experience to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager who is chartered or currently working towards chartership, looking to gain exposure to a range of residential schemes.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of project delivery across multiple schemes
Liaise with clients, contractors, and wider teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery
Oversee design, procurement, and delivery stages

Requirements:

Degree qualified in a relevant subject (e.g. Construction, Surveying)
Residential sector experience is essential
Consultancy background preferred
Chartered or actively working towards MRICS
Strong contract admin and project management skills
