Job Description:

An established consultancy in Birmingham is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of new-build and refurbishment schemes across the Midlands. This role is suited to a Project Manager with a consultancy background, confident in client liaison and contract administration. The Project Manager will be joining a supportive team with clear progression to Senior Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will work across education, leisure, and commercial developments, delivering projects up to £30 million in value.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of project planning
Manage stakeholder communication
Oversee reporting and cost monitoring
Represent the consultancy at client meetings
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

Requirements:

BSc in Project Management or related field
MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM preferred (or working towards)
Previous consultancy or client-side experience
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar software
