We are seeking a Project Manager to help coordinate and deliver key initiatives across our organization. This role will work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure projects are well-planned, clearly communicated, and delivered on time. The Project Manager plays a hands-on role in keeping projects moving, improving delivery processes, and maintaining visibility into priorities and progress across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
Job Responsibility
Plan and manage projects from initiation through completion, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
Track project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential blockers
Help teams maintain momentum by facilitating coordination and removing obstacles that impact delivery
Support Agile development practices and delivery tracking where appropriate
Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate business objectives into actionable project plans
Maintain clear documentation of project requirements, decisions, and progress
Maintain project and portfolio visibility using Jira and related tools
Provide leadership with clear updates on project status, timelines, risks, and resource needs
Ensure assigned projects, epics, and tasks are consistently documented and tracked to promote transparency and accountability
Serve as a key communication bridge between leadership, product stakeholders, and technical teams
Prepare and share regular project status updates and ensure stakeholders remain aligned on priorities and expectations
Escalate issues or decisions when necessary to maintain forward progress
Identify opportunities to improve project management practices, collaboration, and delivery processes
Support the adoption of consistent project tracking and documentation practices across the organization
Help implement practical processes that improve efficiency without adding unnecessary overhead
Leverage project data and existing scorecards to monitor organizational priorities and project performance
Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into project timelines, delivery metrics, and operational trends
Help leadership understand capacity, project progress, and potential delivery risks
Requirements
3–6 years of experience managing projects, preferably in a software development or technology environment
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience using Jira and integrated project management tools
Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving forward
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
Familiarity with project reporting or dashboards
Experience with analytics or data tools such as Power BI or SQL
Experience in a small or mid-sized organization where teams operate with flexibility and collaboration

Power BI or other dashboard/reporting platforms
SQL (preferred but not required)
Collaboration tools such as Zoom and chat platforms
Familiarity with EOS / Ninety or similar operating frameworks is helpful but not required
