Job Description:

A dynamic construction consultancy seeks experienced project manager to deliver commercial and residential projects across North West. Manage schemes from pre-construction to completion. Leadership-focused role with exposure to high-profile projects and progressive career opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Manage several projects across various RIBA stages
Liaise with internal and external teams
Take ownership of project planning, client communications, procurement strategy, and stakeholder reporting
Confidently run meetings
Provide commercial insight
Support junior staff in their development

Requirements:

Construction-related degree (e.g. Project Management, Building Surveying)
3+ years’ consultancy or client-side experience
Working towards or chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts preferred
