Legal Services of North Florida (LSNF) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of grant-funded projects within the organization. This position will have an initial assignment to a current priority initiative with the flexibility to evolve over time to manage other projects as new grants are awarded or organizational priorities shift. Job Responsibility:
Managing project budgets
Overseeing deliverables
Ensuring timelines are met
Tracking project progress
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Managing vendor relationships
Supporting the non-legal aspects of program implementation
Assisting in developing and executing outreach, education, and engagement efforts
Contributing to the creation of educational materials and campaigns designed to reach underserved or vulnerable communities
Requirements:
High-level skills in organization, communication, and meeting deadlines
Experience working with and managing vendors
Experience organizing events
Experience designing educational and community-facing materials
Understanding effective communication
Experience launching new communication or education campaigns desired
Ability to view projects with client and staff needs in mind
Experience with ensuring proper documentation is obtained to complete the project and comply with grant requirements
Critical thinking skills to ask good questions, prioritize projects, and act proactively
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, Excel Spreadsheets, project management software tools, and basic office technology
College degree and/or relevant experience required
Nice to have:
Experience launching new communication or education campaigns
