Job Description:

A well-established construction consultancy based in Central London is currently seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to work across a diverse portfolio of high-value commercial and residential developments. With long-standing industry partnerships, this consultancy offers a secure pipeline of projects and excellent progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee end-to-end project delivery
Ensure schemes are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high quality
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
Report progress to stakeholders
Resolve on-site issues promptly

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a construction consultancy or client-side setting
Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
Chartered or working towards chartership (RICS, CIOB, APM)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
