Job Description:

Our rapidly growing team is looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and seamless collaboration across teams. We’re looking for a skilled organizer and communicator with leadership abilities and Agile project management expertise. You will be part of a team handling multiple simultaneous projects for various clients and internal 34ML products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery
  • Oversee all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, account managers, and clients
  • Organize and facilitate regular project meetings, such as kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks
  • Ensure accurate documentation for each project, including requirements, timelines, and outcomes
  • Monitor and report on project progress using Agile methodology
  • Drive accountability and ownership among team members while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere
  • Support quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality project deliverables
  • Leverage tools and metrics (e.g., Gantt charts, velocity, cycle time) for improved tracking and productivity

Requirements:

  • Experience in project or product management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and other project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in software development or familiarity with technical workflows
  • Basic account management skills
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM)
