Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Field Project Manager to act as a critical bridge between product, engineering, and enterprise customers. This role involves leading on-ground implementations, managing enterprise deployments, and ensuring seamless delivery of software solutions in customer environments. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with hands-on implementation expertise and customer-facing experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with DevOps and Development teams to support and execute on-premise deployments
  • Partner with Security and DevOps teams to contribute to RFP responses, supporting pre-sales and solutioning efforts
  • Work closely with the Pre-sales team to drive enterprise deployments end-to-end—from planning to execution and delivery
  • Act as the on-ground representative of the product team, providing real-time feedback and insights from customer environments
  • Serve as the first point of contact for escalations, handling initial-level issue resolution and coordinating with internal teams
  • Represent the organization in customer calls, meetings, and on-site visits
  • Be open to frequent travel and extended stays at customer locations as required

Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of experience in Project Management and Enterprise Software Implementations
  • Proven experience working with products such as SailPoint, Okta, VMware AirWatch, Microsoft Intune, SOTI, Zscaler
  • Strong exposure to enterprise deployment environments and customer-facing roles
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem including Active Directory (AD), Office 365 (O365), Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, especially VPNs
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deployments and priorities simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
