The Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant will be responsible for driving governance, process optimization, and delivery excellence across large-scale transformation programs. The role demands strong proficiency in project management frameworks, stakeholder communication, and the use of enterprise tooling solutions to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle using established PPM methodologies
Develop and implement governance frameworks and reporting dashboards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within delivery and PMO operations
Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement across teams
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards
Support the implementation of PPM tools and data-driven analytics for improved visibility
Support delivery of technical workstreams (e.g., networking, infrastructure, or telecom-related initiatives) in collaboration with engineering teams
Coordinate with technical stakeholders and vendors to track dependencies, risks, and milestones
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
Professional Certification (PRINCE2 / PMP / MSP / APM) – at least one mandatory
Experience working on or supporting technology, infrastructure, or network-enabled projects
Ability to quickly understand technical project context and translate it into delivery plans and governance
Strong analytical mindset with ability to transform data into actionable insights
Proven expertise in managing large stakeholder ecosystems and complex transformation programs
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Hands-on experience with Planview or equivalent PPM tools preferred
Nice to have:
Exposure to networking, infrastructure, or enterprise IT environments is a plus
Exposure to technology-driven programs such as networking, infrastructure, or telecom initiatives is desirable
