Job Responsibility:
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a portfolio of small schemes, including planning, programming, procurement, and execution
Oversee delivery performance across programme, cost, quality, and operational KPIs
Produce clear, accurate reporting and updates for internal and client stakeholders
Manage forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and financial performance across your workbank
Identify commercial risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
Oversee invoicing, Applications for Payment, and revenue assurance activities
Administer NEC4 contracts on live projects, ensuring compliance and protecting commercial entitlements
Manage change, compensation events, and contractual communications professionally and proactively
Lead and motivate delivery teams, ensuring high standards of performance, behaviour, and output
Support team development, address performance issues where required, and foster a positive working culture
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal leadership
Communicate delivery and commercial positions clearly and confidently
Support discussions that help secure additional work and strengthen client partnerships
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager within rail, infrastructure, utilities, construction, or a similar delivery environment
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and contract performance
