Supporting food manufacturers and retailers with product innovation including: rheology, new product development, value optimisation, instructional development, pilot plant, quality and food safety manufacturing, thermal processing, new technologies, and regulatory affairs. Delivering business improvement projects across the 0–36 month plan. Leading cross-functional teams, managing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, and governance.
Job Responsibility:
Leading and managing cross-functional project teams and stakeholders
Developing clear project scopes, workstreams, and deliverables
Creating and maintaining detailed project plans and timelines, including critical paths
Identifying, managing, and communicating project risks, issues, and dependencies
Driving delivery with internal teams and external suppliers
Keeping project sponsors and senior leaders informed, supporting key decision-making
Ensuring projects follow the Stage-Gate process
Contributing to continuous improvement of project management ways of working
Requirements:
Extensive experience in a project management role
A proven track record of leading multi-functional project teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in evolving or change-driven environments
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Strong documentation skills and business systems awareness
The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
