A leading independent construction consultancy based in Central London is seeking a driven and client-facing Project Manager to deliver a range of commercial and mixed-use schemes across the capital. Job Responsibility:
Leading commercial and mixed-use projects ranging from £10m to £80m+ in construction value, covering pre-construction, procurement, contract administration and project delivery
Working closely with internal cost and design consultants as well as external stakeholders including architects, contractors, and end users
Preparing and maintaining project documentation, managing programmes, chairing progress meetings, and overseeing quality and risk across multiple live sites
Requirements:
Degree qualified in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Construction Management
3-5 years’ experience in a UK consultancy project management role
Background delivering commercial, office or mixed-use projects is essential
Strong understanding of JCT contract forms
Excellent communication, negotiation and report writing skills
Ideally working towards (or recently achieved) chartership via RICS, APM or CIOB
