Job Description:

Project Manager - £30M Student Accommodation - Southampton. I am currently working with a leading regional contractor who is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a major new project in Southampton. The project is a £30M purpose-built student accommodation development, and my client is looking for a strong leader to drive it forward. This contractor has a fantastic reputation within the Education, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Residential sectors and operates as a well-established Tier 2 business with a strong pipeline of future projects.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the full lifecycle of the £30M student accommodation project
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Requirements:

Hold a valid CSCS card
SMSTS certified
First Aid qualification
