Our client operates in the security, a sector undergoing a major shift due to increasing regulatory pressure, rapid digitalisation, and the widespread adoption of smart inspection technologies. As organisations become more focused on safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility, the demand for IT/digital tools that enhance field efficiency, traceability, and real-time data insight continues to grow. This role sits at the heart of that transformation—helping bring modern digital solutions to field operations where they can make a meaningful difference. Our client is looking for a pragmatic, structured, and people?centred professional to join their team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of a field digitalisation initiative designed to improve efficiency, quality, and operational visibility across inspection activities.
Job Responsibility:
Lead business and field analysis by conducting interviews and workshops with inspectors, planners, back-office teams, and product owners
Map end-to-end field processes, identifying pain points, risks, and data requirements
Translate operational needs into clear project inputs and structured documentation
Define project objectives, scope, expected benefits, KPIs, and success criteria
Build a realistic, stakeholder-aligned roadmap
Collaborate with IT and digital teams to outline functional and non-functional requirements, including mobile/offline capabilities, cybersecurity, integrations, and reporting needs
Validate proposed solutions through pilots and structured user feedback cycles
Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors while monitoring and adjusting the project budget
Ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, audit, and regulatory expectations
Drive adoption through change management, stakeholder communication, training, and operational support
Deliver all key project documentation: business case, roadmap, requirements, governance plan, pilot validation, rollout plan, training material, and final operational handover
