Project Manager

• Lead the full delivery lifecycle of cross‑functional projects, ensuring objectives are achieved within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality parameters
• Define, plan, and control project scope, schedules, financials, resources, and governance frameworks to deliver measurable business benefits
• Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and benefits tracking
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to minimise disruption and protect outcomes
• Monitor progress against milestones and success measures, implementing corrective actions where required
• Establish clear governance, transparent reporting, and audit‑ready documentation aligned with regulatory and control standards
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decision‑making and maintaining alignment at senior leadership level
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure effective execution and smooth transition into business‑as‑usual operations

• At least five years’ experience delivering medium to large initiatives independently
• Confident in portfolio alignment, benefits realisation, and financial governance within complex environments
• Comfortable working across telecommunications, digital transformation, or large‑scale technology delivery contexts
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaborative problem‑solving
• Experienced with project and financial management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Planview, Clarity, ServiceNow, SAP, Excel, or Power BI
• Holding, or working towards, recognised certifications such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, or Agile/Scrum credentials
