Job Description:

A leading construction consultancy in Bristol is seeking an experienced Project Manager to strengthen its fast-growing team. Renowned for delivering impactful schemes across the public sector, healthcare, and commercial markets, the firm is looking for a driven professional passionate about achieving excellence in project delivery. You’ll be part of a collaborative project management team that thrives on accountability, structure, and quality delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Manage multidisciplinary teams
Oversee full lifecycle project management including budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement and progress reporting
Work closely with clients to ensure smooth transition of services, accurate reporting, and compliance with all regulations and contractual requirements
Mentor junior team members

Requirements:

Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
Professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or similar)
Minimum 3-5 years’ consultancy project management experience
Experience in NHS or healthcare projects beneficial
Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills

Nice to have:

Experience in NHS or healthcare projects
