Job Description:

A multidisciplinary consultancy based in Central London is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support its growing pipeline of commercial, residential, and education projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong consultancy background to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team. The Project Manager will work across the full project lifecycle, supporting clients from inception to completion.

Job Responsibility:

Leading key stakeholder meetings
Managing programme and budget delivery
Ensuring best practices in contract administration
Delivering schemes from feasibility through to final handover
Working closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Managing project teams and reporting at senior level

Requirements:

Previous consultancy experience as a Project Manager
Ideally degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management or similar
Working towards or already chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, APM or equivalent)
Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills
Experience delivering projects £2m+ in value
