Job Description:

An established building consultancy in London is actively seeking to hire a Project Manager to join their expanding team. The ideal Project Manager will be working in commercial fit-out, Construction, Refurbishments, landlord or tenant improvements. They are looking for a Project Manager who can help them continue to bring expertise across each sector.

Job Responsibility:

Working in commercial fit-out, Construction, Refurbishments, landlord or tenant improvements
Accountable for the safe management and execution of project work in accordance with the client’s business processes and procedures within London

Requirements:

Degree level qualification within project management, construction management or equivalent (desirable)
Project Management, construction consultancy experience
APM certified, Prince 2 or equivalent (desirable)
Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals
