Project Manager

We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead some of our most important engineering projects. But this is more than just delivery — it’s about how our clients experience working with Technica. You’ll be the face of our values in action — building trusted relationships, guiding teams, and helping clients feel confident at every step. This role is ideal for someone who: Thrives on ownership, creating direction and clarity in complex project environments, and building strong, long-term relationships; Understands that delivering great work means delivering a great client experience; Has the motivation to step into a new sector and the curiosity to grow with support. As a member of our Extended Leadership Team (ELT), you’ll also help shape how we deliver our 5-Year strategy and influence how Technica grows.
