Minimum 15 years of experience in a Biomining or equivalent projects
Project Planning & Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, set targets for milestones, and establish detailed schedules
Budget & Cost Control: Create and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and perform cost estimations to prevent overruns
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including internal staff and external contractors, to achieve project objectives and deliver quality outcomes
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, management, clients, government bodies, and other external partners
Risk Management: Identify, document, and manage project risks, developing mitigation and contingency plans to minimize impact
Procurement & Supply Chain: Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and managing all aspects of the project supply chain
HSE&Q Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations throughout the project
Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project progress using tools like real-time tracking and KPI dashboards, and prepare regular status reports
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, conducting reviews and implementing corrective actions as needed
Liaison & Collaboration: Coordinate with Stakeholder, Authority, 3rd Parties and other experts as per requirement of project
Submission & Certification of Invoices: Coordinate with Authority / 3rd Parties, to submit timely invoices
